• The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged again.
• Monthly charges are not refundable. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of the charge. After that, not refundable; access continues to the end of the paid year.
• Pausing is available any time: nothing publishes, nothing is charged.
• Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are always corrected. Anything else is at our discretion; just ask.
