Refund Policy

The $1 trial exists so you can see real articles on your real site before paying full price. Because of that, our policy is short.
Trial
The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Cancel any time during the 7 days and you are never charged again.
Monthly plans
Monthly charges are not refundable. Cancel any time from Billing and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. There are no partial-month refunds.
Annual plans
Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of the annual charge. After 14 days the annual charge is not refundable; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Pausing instead
You can pause from Billing at any time. Nothing publishes and nothing is charged until you resume. Pausing does not extend a paid period.
Exceptions
Billing mistakes, duplicate charges, and other issues caused by us are always corrected. Anything else is at our discretion; ask, and a person will read it.
How to request one
Email help@updatemyseo.com from your account email. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
