Cancel or pause your plan
Cancel ends at the period you paid for; articles stay live. Pause stops everything until you resume.

Open Billing and scroll to Cancel.

Click Cancel plan.

To keep everything on hold instead, click Pause instead. Nothing publishes and nothing is charged until you Resume.

To fully cancel, click Yes, cancel. Publishing continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

Changed your mind? Billing shows Keep my plan until the period ends.
